There's no police car on my map, I'm pretty sure. Walked along the border for quite sometime to see how was the progress, haven't seem anything like it.
However, I remember seeing 7 or 8 quests related to gisella in the console.
there's no cellphone jammer in the latest version. should be on the bench but it isn't.
can i add it using console commands?

do you know what the save files have on them? I know the game has various branching paths, but I don't know what you chose to do in these save files.Take a look here:

Has anyone encountered the situation where there is no one in the house? If so, how can this be fixed?
I've only encountered that in Random Party custom story, and there really isn't a fix. you can use console to re-enable NPCs then have them warp to you but the 'logic' will be all messed up. since this only happened to me on a new game I just started a new one again then it was working again, BUT, only if I quit the game THEN start a new one. from what I observed the game gets bugged sometimes if I alt-tab out of the game while it's loading before the start of a new game, so avoid that, just wait.
If NPCs disappeared for you from a playthrough you've already played before and reloading the save doesn't fix it then idk what can be done. either way, this alpha version of the game is very broken, the new dlc is now dated to come out on jan 30th so after that hopefully the game will be functional again
Looks like save files get corrupted when you load them in the new version.
