No, those games had an official western release so the publishers could get ahold of the uncensored stuff from the developers, this one is a fan translation of the japanese release.

I discovered a way to brute force the full recollection room in the new translation, copy over Map058 from the MTL to the new Translation. It seems the people who made the old translation hard coded it so that every event would be unlocked. Now you can enjoy the events with the new and slightly better fan translation without having to play the game.

I'm confused, why does the game automatically start with a few achievements and the ability to go into "Disturbed" mode? Is that supposed to happen?

Use Chubbycat's version, it fixes the thing about having options unlocked from the beginning you shouldn't.

Edit: I used Chubbycat's version, then updated the CommonEvents.json, but I still get the "Disturbed" state at the start of the game? Help??
