You must have 3 posts in the forums. So you need 1 more. Just respond to someones post and that will then give you access to send messages. Then follow this guideline to submit your game. https://f95zone.to/threads/game-uploading-rules-2019-06-25.524/ Once you have done so, REPORT your game as specified. Then the moderators will look it over, and approve it.

To get developer status, send a message asking for it, and the mods will get back to you about it. They will need proof you are the developer, so an image of you working on the game is usually enough, though there are other ways to prove it.

1. I uploaded the game to Mega, submitted a publication request, the game got published, additional download links (to other Filehosts) were magically generated, and I received rights to the thread with my game.
2. After some time, I had to make some minor adjustments to the game (for example, fix a few spelling errors in words) and update the game archive on Mega.
3. Thus, the Mega link changed.

Question: How can I publish a new Mega link in the thread of my game so that additional download links (on other Filehosts) are also generated and updated automatically?

I have one more question. Some of the file hosting services on your list automatically delete files that haven't been downloaded for a certain period of time. Does this mean that less popular games will have broken download links?

Usually an uploader will change the links these days, after you have posted them. They are using different hosts depending on the uploader who does it. So usually the links are good, though I can't say for sure.
