A lot of Devs simply rename the the teachers to professors, and the school to a college even though it acts nothing like a college. It'll annoy some players but it'd be easier done than rewriting the story so that they're actually in college.

Also, while you're reworking the game, it might be a good idea to give a good think to how far into the incest you actually want to go. MC has already gotten with his adopted sister, though she doesn't know they're not blood related. The game seems to heavily imply that the adopted mom will also join the harem. All well and good, though I think adopted is still classed as incest for the powers that be. You've recently introduced MCs biological mother and (twin?) sister. It's unclear whether you have any plans of them joining the harem but that would certainly anger the powers that be if they were to find out.

As for the situation with the two mothers.

With Linda, the non-biological mother, yes, there will be something.

With the biological mother, no, there will be nothing.

With the twin sister, yes.

No particular reason. We think that with all the women present (even too many), it is not necessary to involve her as well.

I can't tell you exactly. It's complete and right now, it's in the hands of the testers. Let's see when they finish checking everything and if there are any problems to fix.

We wanted to package season 1 for Steam, but some problems arose, some more serious than others.

One of them is that MC seems to be too young for steam (Which we don't think it is, but okay...). We would need to change that.

Another is the school setting. It would need to be removed or replaced with something else.

Yes, in the end we decided to keep things exactly as they are. We won't change anything. Many players are afraid that any alteration could break the immersion, and we completely understand that.

Are you giving up on Steam then? Keep MCs appearance to keep immersion for players is great and all, but if they think he's too young looking then they'll reject the game unless you make him look older.

The only compromise I can think of is remaking the whole game with his older appearance, but I don't think any players waiting for the remake to catch back up to where the game is now

I wanted to offer some constructive feedback based on my experience with the game. First, regarding the character designs, I don't quite understand the concern about the protagonist appearing underage. To me, he looks appropriately adult and doesn't fall into 'shota' territory. If there are any visual style concerns, they might lie more with some of the female characters.

My primary feedback, however, concerns the love interests (LIs). While the story seems strong, I’ve struggled to stay engaged because it isn’t clear which characters are actual LIs or how often they receive focused content. My monetary support for a game is directly tied to knowing that a character who caught my interest will receive substantial, consistent development in each update. Seeing a favorite character get only a scene per update, or per year, makes it difficult to maintain interest or the incentive to support the project... and I don't think this is just me.

For example, in Being a DIK, players are often motivated by specific characters. Many don’t engage deeply with the full cast, instead focusing their discussion and even their banners on one or two favorites. That consistent, reliable content for core LIs is what builds a dedicated supporter base. While I understand this is a harem game, having a few well-developed characters who receive attention in each update tends to foster stronger emotional investment than having many girls get sporadic scenes, which can dilute player attachment.

Honestly I think the school stuff would be the biggest issue, you would have to change it to a university or something like that to make it more steam friendly. As for the MC's look I think he looks perfectly fine for an 18 year old. If you change the story and he is now a freshman in college I think it would probably be fine and the only scenes you would need to change are the ones at school. But things have been getting kind of crazy because of the censorship so we never know for sure.
