Correct me if I'm wrong, but the stepsister in this game has zero blood relationship with the mc and the parents. I don't think this counts as incest (not the biological consequences of it, at least)

The stepmom however has given him a great and loving home and clearly has a decent marriage, the people wanting the MC to break that up and fuck the step mom seem to not realise the MC isnt a giant piece of shit ruining families, and it would make no sense. And no i havent played the new update yet, just going from the discourse in this thread.
