This update seemed to rush through a lot of things in order to focus on this random medical drama breaking the step parents up and diving even heavier in to incest (we literally have 2 worlds FULL of women NOT related to us, fuck some of them). Completely glosses over visiting the other world, where 2 people your mother asked you to contact seem to have VANISHED WITHOUT A TRACE (and nobody seems to give a shit, at least it seems that way because the entire thing is skipped) and MC not even mentioning it at all as well as rushing incest between the MC and his new sister.
There is too much going on and it is starting to affect the pace of the story. I hope its just a temporary thing as the rest of the game has been really solid and good, even if we didnt spend anywhere near enough time with some of the best characters.

Also, "best characters" are 100% subjective so doesn't really say much.

I mean sure if you ignore the entire post then it "doesn't really say much", Yes the characters being good are subjective but the rest of what i said wasn't. There was no build up to the new sister stuff, no build up to the divorce, no real build up to the adoptive mom, it rushed through the entire thing as well as rushing through revisiting the other world.
I am curious to know why you think the divorce was rushed. It was said that this was something that was happening behind the scenes, even before the start of chapter 1, and because of recent events, it seemed the best moment to come out with it.
Also, what was rushed about the stepmom? Nothing really happened between her and the MC, sure, if a stupid trope scene like she helping him lose his erection in the middle of the bathroom occurred, that would be rushed, but so far, it was just intrusive thoughts between them.
I will agree that the sister was kind of quick, but she doesn't seem right in the head anyway lol, I do think she is optional, I did try to say no to her, but they somehow ended up still kissing, which made no sense. Maybe a bug?

I think she is sexually charged a lot bocz she was isolated and has been playing INC AVN's on her PC and has feelings for MC as soon as she sees her bro, I too tried to do both but ended up kissing her maybe she is a mandatory LI for the storyline, I thought she was innocent uptill now , but seeing this last ep she is truly something else.
The separation scene reminded me of one of my favourite memories.

My mom asked me if I was okay, if I had anything to say about it. I knew it, I had to say it right then and there or I'd regret it for the rest of my life. Its been a while since I did a full playthrough but as far as im aware there is very little/no visible signs of the marriage breaking down at all, in a game that has routinely showed the player things but not the MC it makes little sense to go "its behind the scenes and we didnt see it" when the dev has specifically shown us things the MC doesnt see/know (for example everything to do with the evil elf guy, MC doesnt REALLY know anything, we do becaus we have seen scenes without the MCs presence)
I agree that if it has been this huge problemfor them since before chapter 1 for years and we have never seen it then its not rushed, but from what I recall there has been little to no context at all given to the players to show this. So to me it seems rushed and out of nowhere.
As for the Stepmom, from what I have been reading here/around is that the Dev doesnt want her as a love interest, or wasnt certain about it by this update, THAT is the only reason we dont have some sex scene or the typical "let me help you" scene in the bathroom (its quite clear that if the dev HAD made her a love interest we would have either fucked her this chapter or at least got a bj in the bathroom, but the dev didnt want to go that far apparently) For the mom it might make sense, with the added info of her husband being impotent, but by rushed I mean we go from "hey heres a funny gift" to watching her fully naked and then heavily flirting with her in what seems like the space of a day. (its longer in game but the weird few week time skip again makes it feel like things were rushed this chapter)
And the sister went from "i havent been outside or talked to anyone else in person before" to "OMFG BRO! We should totally fuck!" again overnight. It all just tells me there is more rushed stuff to come in the future but I hoe I am wrong.
That ended up being more rambly than I wanted it to be...

Linda will be an LI. Dev had a poll and it overwhelmingly went for making her an LI. Hence the reason for the breakup.

just a small mistake on your part. you switched the stepmom and mom at the bottom of your text. Agaressa/Bridget (the birth mother) isn´t going to be a LI (hopefully) but the stepmom (Linda, which is the one with the Husband) is.
Okay, I get why the divorce feels like it came out of nowhere. But thinking about it, the story's real-world timeline before the skip was super short, like only two weeks. And in all that time, did we ever actually see Linda and Martin be a lovely couple? No kisses, no romance, just them being parents or watching TV together. The fact that we never saw any love between them is kinda the clue.
You're right, we usually get scenes the MC doesn't. But for the big personal reveals, like finding out Bridget was his mom or that Layla is also adopted, we found out with him. This feels the same. It was a secret kept from everyone to keep the story interesting.
As for Linda's situation looking like it's moving fast. I get it, but her situation is unique. She's basically not had proper intimacy for probably almost two decades and is suddenly free. That, plus the MC's interest in her, has been building for chapters if you pay attention to some previous teasing scenes and his thoughts. Honestly, I'm cool if her route takes its time since I don't want to see tropey scenes that rush through stuff just for content.
My real worry is the same as yours, though. If there are only about 14 chapters left in the whole game, since supposedly season 3 is the last one, how do they give everyone a satisfying arc without it feeling totally rushed? Hopefully, the developer gives the game its proper care so that we get multiple scenes with at least the most popular girls and not just spread the content thin to be able to give all +10 girls at least one scene.
