I had to Google her myselfI've never seen this lady on the right
I have the same issue with that. Reading the beginning of a sentence multiple times because my eye didn't catch that just something was added at the end.I'm to early in to judge but one thing i want to ask for that always interrupts my reading and i cant be the only one that has issues with it:
Normally you get a new sentence with every click you do but then there are some games which like to extend the text on screen. I always end up clicking and reading the same text again till i realize that there is just added text to it.
It makes for a horrible experience for me.
Really? I don't remember the English being an issue. I played it a few weeks ago, but I had no trouble understanding what was going on, and the dialog seemed legitimate. Maybe a little stilted during the sex scene, but nothing worth focusing on.The "idea" for the humor and heartfelt moments are there. However, none of this gets passed on to the reader because the delivery has big problems. Grammar errors, odd sentence structures, weird phrasings, etc. These get in the way of delivering the right emotions. It detracts from proper characterizations.
Pretty much the whole game... Understanding what's going on isn't the problem. It's a matter of delivery of lines. Imagine watching a movie where everyone is speaking in Engrish, however mild it is. It holds back proper characterization and immersion into the world when we can constantly spot anomalies in the speech. I say this because this game seems to be going for an actual plot. And it seems like a story worth telling. If it was a straightforward porn game focused on sexual interactions, the level of English here would be sufficient.Really? Can you give an example of a section of dialog that you felt didn't deliver the right emotion due to poor grammar or phrasing?
