Same thing happenned to me when i installed URM. Game for no reason turned into Ukranian for menus and spoken language with no option to change. Only game that this happenned. Still have not found any solution other than uninstall URM. And yes it was latest version

Well, I have the latest version, and the menu is half Russian, half English. But that's just the menu, the text in the game is English...

I haven't had this problem (I'm also using the latest version of URM), but try the following. Press Alt+M and under “Search” type language (as in the screenshot below).
Then check the value of the preferences.language variable. By default it should be english, but if you change the value to russian, the game menus (but not the dialogs in the game) will be in Russian.
If you have the variable set to Russian or, for example, Ukrainian, simply change the value to English, exit the URM interface, and then exit to the main game menu. After that try to load your save and see what language it will be. If the value of your preferences.language variable = english, you can specifically change it to russian, then exit to the main menu, then load the save and re-correct the value of this variable, making it english. Perhaps this option will also work.

Your game is fucked up. Because if i recall correctly. You should then have the option to eat her ass like a birthday cake
and it can start a scene between you. You still have quite a few more scenes after this.Maybe try a clean install and move saves over
Thank you for the advice but i have found the problem. At some point i had modified the tokens files in renpy folder because, after a renpy update, the saves wouldnt load. I got message like the below on all renpy games and saves were not loading
I went and deleted all persistent files and tokens folder in appdata/roaming/renpy and now, although i started to get again this message, saves are loading and URM works now on this game

Holy shit the new femdom scene in sauna with Mistress Olivia is so hottt! I hope there will be more of femdom stuff in the future and maybe femdom with other characters as well! <3
I had this issue because of the splash screen skip feature. I had to clear my saves to reset it originally but I did mod the splashscreen file that removed the splash screen and kept it in English with my saves.
Not my go to recommendation but I'll share the modded file. I would have no idea if it will work for you. What Stan5851 was probably much better info.
Place it in the game folder (backup and replace the old one).

Hello everyone!
First of all, I want to welcome new patrons and followers! There are more than 700 of you already! That's insane, thank you so much! I really appreciate your support. Thanks to you, this game is possible and you give me the drive and inspiration to keep going, especially in such incredibly tough circumstances I live in.
I hope everyone who’s played the new update enjoyed it! Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. I’ve read some reviews already, and it’s been a joy to hear your feedback. After the release, I took a short break. Barely a week, before diving into something I’d been putting off forever: PC maintenance. I started by getting a new SSD dedicated to the game’s needs. Those who’ve been with me for a while might recall I reorganized my files and libraries over a year ago. Heck, I probably do this every year… Last time, I replaced my outdated system drive, but game files were still scattered, and the system drive was clogged. My main 3D library was on a mediocre HDD, and my Windows system, unreinstalled for over five years, lol... was running terribly, causing constant issues. I didn’t dare touch anything until the update was done, fearing I’d break or lose something critical.
First, I disassembled and serviced my PC, then spent a ton of time reorganizing and transferring 3D libraries, game files, and everything tied to development. I wanted a clean Windows install, which meant formatting the drive and wiping programs, temp files, etc. I use about 10–15 core programs, but I have a ton of others, so I audited and exported everything necessary to avoid losing data. Preserving settings, presets, and manual configurations was crucial, as they’re easily lost during reinstalls. I backed up everything important, reinstalled Windows, and have been tweaking it for over a week. Most key programs are set up, but I’ve had to manually reconfigure a lot, like DAZ settings, presets and scripts I use a lot, Adobe programs, plugins, and more. The transfer wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped, but it’s fine. I’ll polish it over time, and the system’s already running faster and more stable. I’m still working on the library reorganization. It’s an endless task, but I have ideas to streamline my workflow and speed things up. Tho I did end up loosing some presets after all...
As for the next update’s development, I want to finish sorting my PC first, then I’ll dive in. I plan to start scripting the first scenes this week, with some drafts already in hand. This update will likely be the toughest yet, as I aim to pack in a lot of events. I’m not sure how big it’ll be or how many lewd scenes I can fit in, but as you can guess, we’re nearing a pivotal moment in the story. It’ll be heavy on plot and less focused on the girls, though we’ll see how it goes. The next chapter will be the final one for the first book, set to release as a complete game on Steam. And yes, chapters renumbering setting in from this moment. The next update will be named as Chapter 7. Which makes previous one Chapter 6 (Chapter 2, Part Three before). I already mentioned this several times, but I'll repeat this for new people. Each "part" becomes a separate chapter. I also mentioned some rework that I'll have to do before the release(a small one, mostly animations from intro and some static renders) and rewriting previous script files to prepare them for translations. I'll try to work on this in parallel with the new update since it's a big amount of work.
In the near future, I’ll finally get the Steam page up and running, starting preparations next month. I’ll also post new polls in the next week or two: wallpapers, special renders, and a new game cosmetic poll. We’ll likely pick outfits for Riley in this update, plus a few other girls. I’m also planning an active series of cross-promos starting in August. Just so you know you'll be getting more emails from me. I kindly ask for your understanding. That's marketing and I always try to pick the high quality games for you.

no this game doesn't have a good update schedule but he does his best to get one per year out not his fault tho. He lives in Ukraine and I think said only gets power for 4 or 5 hours some days.
I haven't played the last 2 updates plan to soon but I thought there a good amount of content already personally. This is really subjective no way to answer this really.

In addition to power cuts the war itself has a toll on mr.moonmi well being, which also impact his capacity to develop the game.
I had the same problem as you and after checking the scripts.rpa i found the error.
To fix it you must have the console activated (ctrl + O) and then according to what you want to be with octavia (dom, sub or vanilla) you switch it to true
For example:
Ctrl+O then you write vanilla=True
