Gender and sex is the same thing

Why write this, if it's to, then, explain, clearly and efficiently, why "gender" and "sex" are two different notions ?

A futa is female due to its consciousness. Its consciousness is due to its neurology. Its neurology is due to its genetics. Not due to its genitals. A futa is opposite gender to me,male, because the futa is female consciousness

And then, "gender" is the word used to designate the consciousness, while "sex" is the word used to designate the birth genitals. A MtF transgender is of masculine sex, while being of feminine gender.

I'm sure that reversing the process is reassuring, but there's a major difference between the neuronal connections created, or lost since it's been a long time that I'm not anymore a nestling, and the generic structure of your brain.
Else, mental conditions, like psychopathy, autism, bipolarity or schizophrenia, to name only the most frequents, wouldn't exist by themselves, but be the sole result of your education and personal experience. They would also be perfectly curable, through a learning process that would consist on mental workout sessions that would focus on the "defective" parts, in order to strengthen them and make them looks and act like they should.

I'll not give name, but I'm a programmer, more on the IT engineer side than pure coder since years now.

But I'm also deeply curious, and through the years learned a ton regarding a shit ton of topics. Some, like neuroscience and sociology, more than others. A memory from my students years working for a neuroscience lab for the CNRS (as the guy who make the coffee and manual works, not as researcher) ; it was fascinating and almost made me reconsider all my career orientation.
Plus, precisely because I'm old, a big part of what I learned come from books found in the library, so official publications reviewed by peers, not random posts found on whatever, possibly serious but who can tell for sure, web site.
