There are some scenes where the images don't show. Like when I first started the game it didn't show the sex scene on the train of the gyaru with the guy.

As mentioned above, that is by design. There are some scene which happen but don't show. There are also times that clearly a scene is happening involving the MC, but all you get is a black screen.
In other words, it's not a bug, it's a feature

The short answer is, no.
You can't avoid sharing, although that is not the main focus in this game.
But, as everybody knows, in the Japanese culture 'not sharing' is considered an unhealthy hentai lifestyle.
Wait, I didn't play the game yet, but can the main protagonist be the shota or are there other shotas?
