Are there any time-based events here? Like do I have to get her affection and whatnot to a certain point before specific dates to get CGs/ events? Also, can you unlock everything in one playthrough or do I have to start over and try different things to get 100%?

I think it's possible in one save, first one you need to get more than 120 in both intimacy and lewdness, the reason is for you to choose ending A or ending B, where intimacy > lewd = ending A; intimacy < lewd = ending B.

You can get Ending A first, then if your lewd > intimacy, there's an option to review again ending and that could get you Ending B, thus giving you each CG and of course continue with history, unlocking all CGs in one save.

The only timed thing is certain scenes that start on specific days regardless of your love and lewdness levels.
You can see all the endings in one playthrough.
