Thanks to Mr Redux’s efforts in translating the remaining Japanese text, I’ve updated the patch so that version 2.0.7 of the game can now be fully played in English. I even edited the interface images that were still in Japanese, so now those are in English too.
You guys only need to download from these links and replace them with the files I uploaded—simple as that!
Oh, and surprise! Looks like version 2.0.7 is uncensored.
For those of you who had already downloaded the game from the links above, you should redownload the updated patch.

it's using my old mod, it needs to be updated. Some of the textures are still not fixed. Is the decrypter can handle converting multiple files?

I know RPG Maker MV-MZ Decrypter only decrypts the game's image assets.
Regardless of whether the uncensored images are from the original game or your mod, I hope you can cross-check between the original game files and your modded textures, then use that comparison as a basis to update them. That way, things can look even more consistent and polished.

Just download the game from Ryuugames and replace the files with my WWW folder—simple as that.
The translation was taken from the official English version 2.0.6 of DLsite.

To make the voices work, all the dialogues in the events were manually updated (I can confidently say it took me half a day). A few typos were corrected. The updated version of the development chart has been translated. This was added on top of the previously shared uncensored version.
If you notice anything missing or not working, let me know and I’ll fix it. 
All the files have been decrypted and the game has been made readable in this state, so you can make visual edits.

The eight main voice recordings should all be fine, but I don't know if there's anything missing from the "OMAKE" section (these files were from somewhere else).

I have updated the translation from Mr Redux. You should redownload the file.
Alternatively, you can also download the file from Mr Redux's post.
The assets—including multiple audio tracks and images—have already been decrypted.
I’ve compared the audio folders between two builds of version 2.0.7—one is the official release, and the other is a customized version by Mr. Redux. Here’s the breakdown:
- BGM (background music): both versions contain 20 audio files.
- BGS (background sounds): Mr. Redux has 14 audio files, while the official version only has 5.
- CV (character voice clips): both versions include 750 audio files.
- ME (music effect): found only in Mr. Redux. it has been removed in the official version.
- SE (sound effects): Mr. Redux contains 229 audio files, whereas the official version has been trimmed down to just 25.
