mello.second Is still working on it (V2+ of the game) along with re-doing the whole thing, manually un-censoring and redrawing to try match the style takes a while, I know since I did some un-censoring before but it was for a pixel art style game and that still took 1 week and few days, what felt like 1 month welp.

No, it is just a folder that is meant to be merged with the game. I think you can't edit the game files on Android because you probably only have the APK.
However, it can be merged with the game content and then compiled into APK, I think.
