try this, as look's like some event triggers did not get set right as you have scenes unlocked after your missing scenes

I have a similar situation. I'm playing with a save I dropped in from ver 0.7.0, perhaps that's why. I will use that tool if not unlocked in the end. Thank you for sharing.
