The major problem with that logic, "give a penny to get a dollar", is that I don't have to give a penny in the first place and still get the dollar. We already have a couple of hot moms (AND their daughters by the way) and I can imagine more of them, becouse what stops the dev from adding more, we only have 4 teachers and that's a bit not enough for any school. Not only that, you could also add some school staff like headmistress or something. So why would you, or anyone in that matter, want to go for only hot mom, while also giving Zoe to someone else?I see no problem in sharing (within reason) just as long as the MC gets the 'other guys' hot, horny mothers into MC's harem. Always want to see the MC upgrade his harem. Give a penny to get a dollar.
There are other ways of implementing new characters while also filling other niches (I'd imagine a fit and curvy PE teacher, in yoga pants and all that or an ex-soldier, well-built and aggressive girl. Just off the top of my head, especially the 2nd one, as the only "tomboyish" girl we have is Madeline.), but instead you want to give up something? See MC cucked and Zoe fucked by someone else? I see that there is still some discussion about the style of the scenes, so I will try to make my intention about the HS Tutor clearer.
HS Tutor is always going to be a light, unpretentious game where you are the only male character that gets the chance to meet several girls and their mothers and have sex with them relatively quickly, but not so quickly that it feels like a "meet'n fuck". That's basically it.
