If you are the one who edited the save file and you trust the software you used to do so then just click yes.

Then you probably fucked up something when you edited the save.
Hope you backed up your save before editing.

What were you trying to do when you edited the save?
There is no need to cheat anything in this game appart from maybe money, and even that is not really necessary.

I'm going on the assumption you use saveeditonline, if you did upload your save there again and follow the instruction that are in green I believe. Something about editing a specific file in the game folder. That should fix your problem.

have you tried progressing with other characters your probably missing an event with someone else that needs to be completed for it to trigger just a guess though

Yeah, everyone is complete except the ones locked behind the one thing I can't do. Roxanne, Ursula, and Angela are the only ones not done.
