Date gifts are like equipment that don't expire. You equip them to a girl and bring them into an "encounter". Then during the date, you match the teardrops until you have enough of that resource to use a gift she has equipped. So equip out of a date, then earn sentiment and use it in a date.

I got that, I didn't get how you use them. It turns out that item appears on the opposite persons portrait and then you have to drag it back for it to work. Kind of bizarr UI decision. I guess the tutorial tried to say that but it is so unintuitive that my brain didn't catch that.

Is it just me or did they somehow screw this game up? It isn't nearly as fun as the predecessor and I somehow don't seem to get good enough points (alread got like 4-5 scenes, it seems to cap at 1000 points?)...
Unlike the first game you also have a more difficult time getting permanent point boosts to your dates by which I mean those smoothies you sometimes get... Can anyone give me advise?

Well I realized that I can't play in full screen as no matter what I turn the ratio too it cuts off some of the screen which was making it so I couldn't advance

Wow. What a disappointment. The scenes I've unlocked so far are really bad. The character art in the dialogue and dating scenes is so good, then you go to the "sex scene" and the art quality takes a MASSIVE nosedive. What the hell.

Genuinely feel like this is one of the few porn game dev's that deserves to have his game bought not pirated. We get a full game from the get go thats actually pretty good and fun. Not some half ass game and No 3 months or yearly wait for minor updates with one or 2 new scenes milking our money like there's no tomorrow.

Completely agree. I'll admit, I pirated the first, but bought this on release. While it took several years for a sequel to finally be released, at least there wasn't an expectation to pay $5, $10, or $20 a month while maybe one or two CGs were added at a time.
