is there a way to save in this game ? i climbed the roof of the house next to the gunsmith and fell through then couldn't get out because the door was locked . Is the whole story so far go to bar talk to fox she asks for ship logs go to pail he won't give them back to fox she tells you to ask the gunsmith girl gunsmith girl makes new clip for pail as gift and then the end because pail doesn't have the option to give him the present ? also game needs to get optimised can't turn around smoothly on high or super graphic setting

Saving isn't necessary yet cuz there isn't real progress in the game. Every NPC "quest" can be solved in 5 minutes each if you know what to do.
Climbing a house is possible but not really wanted, expect bugs and unfinished stuff up there.
Several testers and the devs themselves can run the game on good fps even on high settings. Keep in mind that super sampling is power hungry as hell and should only be used if you have a very strong PC. Going with F4 for second highest graphics is totally enough.
So yeah, maybe your PC needs some upgrades cuz i saw enough proof that it runs smoothly if you have the coin for good hardware.

another name for what ? i just asked if i missed any quests and
EDIT : so after swimming for about 1h (with a character who is according to the lore captain of a fast ship) got to an small island next to the big island on north-east part of map where some threesome is going down can't shoot them can't talk to them did i miss an npc to give me some quest for those or are they just decoration ? On the up side managed to get the logs of Pail on first try and seduced the naigator/first-mate furry PROGRESS

You have to give her the right answers. Talk with her about firearms and try to be lucky. If you fail you have to restart the game. There are other ways to get to the fun part with her but i think you should try for yourself first cuz the dialogues are nicely written and should be enjoyed.

I echo other's sentiments about more different "species" and human characters especially. I'm sure they're coming down the road, along with gendered animations and such.
Anyway, I talked with the engineer filing down the firing pin on the rifle, told her it would make the gun less reliable... She blew me off and not in a good way lol. If you're having problems with light strikes or a narrow firing pin channel, you replace/strengthen the spring or widen the channel itself, respectively. Otherwise the tip of the pin is liable to break off, and god help you if you shave the whole thing down a few thou'... Just a little nitpick, I like the interaction otherwise.
