It reminds me of Rash Neman's Lara animation.
Well, it's older than Rash Nemains. Hydra's was done in 2019, whereas the Lara animation I believe you're thinking about was done in 2023.

I'm currently upscaling exactly that animation but mainly to improve the details and removing the noise, and 60fps ofc.
