Errm.... no offense but are you sure you're not looking at RE2 with nostalgia goggles? I like Ada but she always seemed pretty damn slutty looking to me. Then again I'd consider anyone that chooses to run around in heels & party dress during a zombie apocalypse to be de-facto slu-tarded to an extreme degree. 'Priorities' is 'not' the name of a greek philosopher.
Take the fkking heels off at least..... that aside, I like how Hydra has used Ada in his work. Better than others that I won't mention.

Allow me to clarify, I meant to say Resident evil 2 remake, Re2 she was fucking terrible in terms of graphical means. Sorry for the confusion, I was having a commonplace brainfart and was thinking about the wrong version of the game.

Tried a few of them, but never got good results (output bigger than original, bad quality, ...) but I don't mind looking again
I use VSDC Free Video Editor. You just create a project in Full HD format and export it with 70%-90% quality

Bitrate 16Mb, more than enough for Full HD video, you see absolutely no difference! From 2.85Gb did 923Mb!

This is for lazy people, or for those who have no idea what they are doing, and it doesn't work as well as you think! For example let's take the original video Harley Butt Work 1080p. the author has the original bitrate 76.8 Mb, it's too much for Full HD 1080p. video! For Full HD the maximum is enough 16Mb! You say reduce by 90 or 70% quality, it will still be too much! Bitrate always needs to be set manually!

You can find them at nsfwr34 site, can't tell they if they are true 4k. I don't have a 4k monitor.
