Oh and no this isn't a standard "my house is on fire because windows defender says so", this is like the 4th file quarantined in the last 4 years by Malwarebytes.

I can't save nor quicksave because text in (what I'm presuming to be) Japanese comes up alongside three other different windows and the game freezes up.
Unless you know Japanese, I'd suggest avoiding this one.
