The scenes are organically implemented, you just experience the lost time the character experiences instead of seeing exactly what happened. You can access the gallery at any time when you have control and watch the scene that the character was hypnotized to forgetCould be because the steam version for sure is for all ages without the porn content.....but yeah. Funny nonetheless.
Was on the fence of playing it but this info is the one that let me decide not to play it. What is the point of playing a porn game if you don't have the scenes organically implemented in the game.

To get the council together by day 40 you need to:
Save the blue haired girl in the gym by giving her her handbook (Easy).
Save the brown haired girl in the park. Pay attention to the park location and go there when there's an exclamation !. Search in the perfectly shaped bush and one more event should have you getting the girl's handbook. Go back to the park after to save her (Medium).
Trigger the false council president events in the classroom, then the council room (Easy)

Yeah, you need to become a cumdump. Get every single scene of these guys who fucks you. Part time... Which is one of the annoying i find. Student council the most annoying and other 3, which are much easier to do and farm money. If you go romance aka hoe route, you will rack money

fun game, its gameplay simple but isn't too easy either, have good story and scenes. i cant unlock nurse room for some reason, is it RNG?

You could go through the entire game and won't see a single scene if you don't deliberately go into the gallery. Is that what you are saying?
So...in essence it is the same as having the scenes disconnected from the story. You still have to go to the gallery. Why not give the player an option to see the scene during your playthrough?
You "see" the scene but without any context. You get the CG, but all the text is blocked out because in the context of the game, your memory is wiped afterwards so from a character's perspective they don't know what happened. But you as the player can see what actually happened by then clicking a few buttons. The "gallery" is implemented into the game UI. Whether or not that is a dealbreaker for you, I'm not sure, personally I'm more annoyed by the actual game mechanics and time pressure.
