Also, fuck me that Cafe route is fucking hard, not only you depend on RNG gods to get it started, actually getting the status to 0 is the worse.

You need to be far enough into the council route before the festival, and then the teacher will appear in the classroom on a non-wednesday for you to talk to, to change the festival.
I suspect you have to reach the true end. So get all the Tanaka scenes and have the baseball team win the tournament.
To add to this, it's "number of Tanaka Next Door" scenes you've unlocked across all playthroughs.
I was curious about this and decided to try a virgin run.
Only ero scenes seen was the requisite park stuff to unlock the brunette treasurer for the student council / festival stuff (you also you need her to get the key from the charm the president gives you). As you're fighting the Hypno alien computer during the true route, you auto dodge the attacks under a feeling of having seen it before, and after the fight he releases you from hypnosis, and I quote "What you're seeing now is what I wanted you to see! You're only now remembering what actually happened!"
So even if you're a canon virgin in the playthrough, you "remember" all the sex stuff and are a mental wreck after the fight. Either timeline shenanigans, realistic dreams, or not actually a virgin despite the stats screen saying you are.
You save her in the true route. You need to do enough runs to get the Tanaka Next Door scenes for the baseball team to win. After they qualify for the championship, you go back to the roof and update the raid plans with the group to trip the breaker, it's the third ????? option that is locked until that point while forming the strategy.
Others mentioned some of it but:
ENERGY affects success of training stats. Low energy leads to injury which unlocks the nurse's office.
MOTIVATION - lol no idea. Had no apparent negative or positive impact w/ full playthroughs at max or min.
INT is required to unlock the bookstore (25) and to get the perfect test result (if all questions answered correctly, 40)
STAMINA is required to get on the volleyball team (40) and win the volleyball championship (100)
MORAL is required to resist playboy's advances, I think 10 but maybe 12 or 15. It's low either way.
REP - lol no idea. Maybe it's flavor text, given how sharply it drops when found out doing sexual stuff. Never got it to zero though.

Great job! I was too lazy to do them. Because there is no proper scenes and these endings, didn't have any real value
Did you try hitting every button? Seems like the kind of thing that'd be easier to just figure out than post for help.
Anyway, F4 closes it, full screen is either ESC or F11 if I remember correctly.
