IMO, dev should've just wrap this one up instead of wasting time on reworks - story pretty much resolved anyway, narrative wise main ending is around the corner (with early endings already available), better just finish it and focus on Endowed instead - it was a bit rough on the start, but you can see a lot of potential there, not like there will be nothing to milk for him anymore

The changelog is locked behind a paywall on patreon, but what little that isn't, bug fixes for the previous update and a new path in chapter 10 when confronting Laura that doesn't lead to MC getting hypnotized.

yes, three path with different final sizes and some variation depending on previous choices

Endowed got its last update nearly two years ago, I wouldn't hold my hopes up for anything much from this dev anymore.

if you mean, how to make them "Big" but not extremely big, then you need to feed the girls non fatty food and not encourage them to grow bigger.
still, that ending doesn't have "normal" sizes, all are big, just that some are massive while others huge.
