The only one you can seem to flat out refuse is Grace.

Only 2 people have choices that make any difference at all. Whether or not you give Jenn your phone number. The girlfriend route has difference than the submissive route. Grace is the only other one where choices count for anything although the game still implies you did things even if you turn her down.
Turned down all meetings with Grace, went to Laura's house when she texts the first time. She gave a blowjob and still says it tastes like shit with the option to mention banging Grace's ass.
Basically it's a kinetic novel with the illusion of choice. Stuff still seems to happen you just see it. Everything happens how it's laid out no matter what your input is.
It doesn't matter if you pick Ashley or Leah, events still go in the same order regardless. Player input really isn't needed.
Kinda weak sauce considering the update says "You won't be able to keep everyone happy this time around, but that is what happens when you try to date five girls that know each other at once" yet you have absolutely no choice in the matter.
It's a novel idea and I like the concept, i'm not against kinetic novels either as long as they are enjoyable but don't act like keeping the girls happy hinges on any choice I make.
They still do it of their own free will but when they are licking ice cream they go back for more... So far they are aware of what the player is doing and will sometimes punish him for it though some of those shenanigans are unavoidable
