You're right—most of the renders are from the first two chapters. With the overview at the beginning of Chapter 3, you'll see the majority of them.


The Ashley 1 scene, Ashley 2 scene, and Gina scene are from the older chapters, while three new scenes have been added in Chapter 3.

I like the new menu music, it fits the game much better than the old one.

Also, good to see the new scenes with the MC and his friend because they help make it clear that this is a Mystery VN.

It wasn't clear what the MC's motivation was or what was going on because some crucial clues were missing without those scenes. I hope this update clears things up and addresses that!

There’s no issue with the dog animation or the girl walking when MC is older. Those were animations I created and tested, but I wasn’t fully satisfied with them, so I removed them from the game—just forgot to delete them from the folder. Appreciate you noticing that!

There is hardly any trust here based on the developer's previous game. I enjoyed most of the updates before the rework, and everyone seemed to enjoy the game before as well. But now, the developer has reworked that game specifically into a sandbox and removed the incest.
The whole story is different now, and it's not really enjoyable anymore.

Who knows what this game will become? Will it turn into a sandbox like the developer's previous work? Or will another rework/remaster come in a future update?

The right decision is waiting for Complete.

I think four LIs are not enough, the Milf LI in the other game was really nice, it would be good to have a Milf LI like her in this game.
Except for Judy and the mayor, the girls aren't very attractive. It's a bit strange that Lisa is the Main LI, there are more beautiful girls in the game. Rose and Amy are okay, though not my preference.

Love Interests
Many of you have asked about the love interests and who the MC can pursue. Here’s the official list:

• Amy
• Rose
• Lisa
• Judy

These are the main love interests, and you’ll have the chance to win over one of them as the story progresses. I’ve already started laying the groundwork for these relationships - for example, you’ve likely noticed the early romantic moments, like kissing Rose or Lisa.

Cathy is one of the few girls I find attractive and I hope she gets the love and support she needs to become LI.

Well, according to the development log, there are four main LIs and Lisa's among them...

I love mysteries, but I need clues to help me understand the rough contours of what I am working on and to keep my interest alive.Old version of the game was very bad in this respect, you couldn't understand anything at all. That's why I like this update.When are we gonna start hunting fucking witches?

Amy looks like a virgin, and girl the witches have to sacrifice has to be a virgin...

I've found funny the historically inaccurate fact of the Catholic Church burning people in the colonies, given that catholicism was in the minority and barely tolerated back then in England and the american colonies, but fine. I guess it works

I mean i suppose you supressed some to leave more mystery in the story , like the detective Shaw in the train or the identity of one of the girl with the red hood.

But there was few scenes with Amy supressed and particulary one were it's show she regret hiding things from mc replaced by a masturbating scene who seem to be a lost in her character development in my eyes, or even the scene with Lisa training, and the family reunion with Judy who doesnt seem to reveal that much and yet were totaly supressed, which is sad because it was nice to learn a few things about them.

edit: seen the post about Li and kind of sad for Gina to not being one,there is no hope for her?, it seemed like she could have been one , Rose mother seem an interesting addition though.

You are right, in America, most witch hunts were led by puritan and protestant authorities. In England, witches were typically hanged rather than burned. However, many witch hunt stories and movies depict the Catholic Church as the main force behind burning witches, so I followed that same narrative style.

As for the scenes, yeah, I removed some—specifically the ones where MC wasn’t present, happening simultaneously while he was elsewhere. I need to figure out a better way to transition those moments, giving more insight into the characters without making it feel unrealistic since MC wouldn’t be aware of them.

I'll add them back—I just need to find a better way to transition them so they feel natural and not unrealistic.

Hey! Of course. Here’s what happened.

I removed all the scenes you mentioned (I’m impressed you caught them all! ) because the MC wasn’t present, which made them feel unrealistic. I do plan to add them back—I just need to find a better way to incorporate them naturally.

The purpose of these scenes was to give players a deeper understanding of the girls and what drives them. For example:

• Judy’s scene highlights her troubled relationship with her family, showing how poorly they treat her. This is a key reason she often acts defensive.
• Lisa’s scene reveals her dedication to becoming a professional dancer. She’s passionate, juggling two jobs while working hard to make her dream a reality.
• Red Fox Girl’s scene was changed to make things more mysterious. Now, the MC isn’t sure whether he actually saw the red foxes or just imagined them. This shift makes the paranormal elements more ambiguous rather than directly revealing who broke the window.

Hope that clears things up!

I do plan to reintroduce those scenes, but I need to figure out a better way to transition into them so they don’t feel unrealistic, especially since the MC isn’t aware of them—only you, the player, are.

Heh, you’re not the first to ask about Gina! For now, she isn’t a love interest, but both she and Cathy (the mayor) are still up in the air for me. If there’s enough demand for them, I’ll definitely consider adding a path with them later in the game.

I appreciate your honesty and the effort to fix past mistakes. It’s good to see that you’re listening to feedback and making changes based on player concerns. That said, my hesitation comes from how drastically the previous game changed, which makes me uncertain about this one’s future direction.

I'm not played again, i read the comments and noticed that the sandbox wasn’t completely removed—there’s still a freeroam element. Compared to a normal VN, it feels tedious with all the extra clicking, which makes the gameplay less enjoyable. On top of that, hearing that the game’s ending is being rushed because of the sandbox is really disappointing. A well-paced, engaging story is what makes a VN enjoyable, and it’s sad to see that being affected.

I’ll keep an eye on updates, and if everything stays consistent, I’ll only consider playing if I see my preferences reflected.
