Well, on the one hand, the tits are so ridiculously homongous that it tends to be beyond what I generally like...

On the other hand, this specific art style makes it work in a way that still looks nice...

So it might be fun to try this out at some point.

Especially since Dlsite has this tagged as animated, and the preview video does show some animated H-scenes in addition to animated standing pictures. That alone might make it good for a laugh at least.

Plus, I'm at least curious as too why the MC is living with this girl... Are they siblings or something? Should this be tagged as incest?

Chronic back pain is guaranteed though breaking her spine just as much so.

Tbh there should be a plot with the girl being a "mere" D or E size but due to some chemical experimentation undergoing some mutation which causes her tits to grow out of control.

Otherwise tits so big make no sense unless its some kind of Oppai Universe.

I remember when this guy put out his first game and he wrote this heartfelt message of how he was in tears over how successful it was, about how happy he was that the degen community appreciated his work.

Look at him now, look at him go. Really makes you think there's meaning to this insane world.
