getting Erika pregnant is quite easy and simple. When you rescue her you just dont give her the pill. The guildmaster gives you a pill before you set off, to give her it you need to go in the menu and press the pill and dialogue starts, she takes it. But obviously if you forget or intend not to give her it, during the ending you see a pregnant Erika, but because its during the ending you only see her for about 2mins before the game roll credits start
You cant. Some dialogues change but Serena will always be resistant and upset about sex and being raped, she never enjoys it or pretends to hate it. The closest you get is hypnosis or when she does it with the book-boy but thats at a brothel. Serena doesnt really develop

Any way to go back working for the guild if Serena loses her job there ?
Was trying to go for a pure run but paying off the debt proved to be stupidly tough , I got no boosts towards it either ( read somewhere she was supposed to sell some stuff of hers ? ) , had to do a lot of quests without purchasing consumables too .
Now I can only do the weapons shop and the inn daily jobs .

Since you don't get any more big paying missions before progressing the story (which you need the gold for), you will be forced to grind daily jobs for a very long time .... or use

Alternatively you can use the skip option during brothel work to prevent her from getting the drugged scenario and ending your virgin run.

Usually I was about 1,000 gold away during the last part but it gives you the option to sell Serena's underwear and pajamas which breaks even.
For a virgin run, dont spend a single gold, save before entering a dungeon, dont pay back the madam because shes going to get killed anyway. Daily, do the bar-work which gives you about 100g (I think), work at the weapon/armour shop which gives you 100g, do a mission disposing thugs which gives you more gold, dont sleep at the cheap hotel for obvious reasons. Doing everything right you should have amassed about 8,000g from start to finish, selling Serena's clothing will give you a bump in gold, selling them doesnt cost you your virginity

Mods are only small scenes and dont affect the whole game. There is a mod that gives her a massive bust size on her portrait but you risk breaking the game as its not compatible with the Eng translation files and version mismatch
