Not directly, but creeping on her in her sleep raises your psycho level, so then you wouldn't be sane enough. I didn't crunch the numbers, but I guess it's possible if you only creep on her while she's sleeping, and do no other psycho activities, to still get to the shopping scene
There's an extra variable for ntr, mostly disconnected from the psycho variable
