Is it weird that this game made me cry? I'm going through really hard times right now, and a lot of things in this game resonated with me. It's crazy that the game manages to resonate that hard through the very goofy and rough machine TL, but that's how real the message is for me. I think when they get to the homeless part and they're talking about family... I mean it's just real. I've discovered myself that family is the only people who'll stick with you when things get bad.
When people betray you, I think it's important for there to be consequences, but it's also important to simply talk it out, and discover their intent. I think the worst things in my life were done by normal people. There aren't that many out there who are just blatantly out there to do evil. Most people get caught in some crossfire and may have been wronged for billions of other reasons that had nothing to do with them. It felt as though the game understood that pretty well, and good on the MC for not simply letting it happen because he got to get free sex.
It made sense that he had some insecurities because of what happened with his parents. I can mostly relate to this... People will ask why couples stick together despite being water and oil, but once a child is in question, it's like there's sometimes no choice but to live with somebody you hate with all your heart.

ok how the actual hell does this game work? I spent like 20 minutes figuring out that i can destress myself enough to afford the "persuasion" option in the thinking room (had to reload after failing) but then i find out i cant even persuade myself because i dont have an item or something? What am i missing here? Also the guide is barebones as absolute hell so no real help there.
