Haven't tried this one yet but you could probably just use URM to change the variable from sister to friend without restarting.

I already use URM for everything lol but thanks for the suggestion. Yeah it's probably safe to just change the clarissa_relationship variable and be done with it, but I like to have all my saves in the right context in case I want to go back and look at certain scenes. That and I don't mind doing another playthrough lol.

The only thing I don't like about this VN is that I already want to see the next episode and now I have to wait What a fucking good VN.

I'm with you man. I can go either way with incest too. It's not really one of my kinks (though siscest is bestcest ).

I usually like to go with whatever it seems the intended relationship is. Usually when there is a choice like "what is she to you?", that's usually a pretty big hint that incest is canon, so I initially went with "sister". However a lot of the dialogue feels more like childhood friend makes more sense. Like, Clarissa doesn't live in the same household, or how it's "Clarissa's mom" even if you chose the "sister" or "cousin" variable. Another moment that comes to mind was the "Corey vs. Steve" convo in the girls locker room. If they were siblings or cousins, then it seems like the other girls would have teased Clarissa when she made that comment about him. Like "Oooooh Clarissa wants to fuck her inverse_clarissa_relationships!!!, but they didn't do that. They just simply told her to pick from two other guys.

...but then she mentions bathing together as kids which is usually an incest trope, and that dialogue is the same whether she's a sister or childhood friend. So its like 90% feels like childhood friend, but 10% feels like they might be related? A childhood friend with a really really close relationship growing up?

It's hard to explain, but usually when incest is intended it's usually more obvious in the dialogue and that it was changed for patreon... but it feels like the opposite in this case. It's like she was legit written to be a childhood friend, but the dev added the incest option afterwards for the sake of fan service for incest fans. Pure conjecture but that's the way it seems to me.

Eh, anyway I think I'm vibing more with her being a childhood friend, so I'll probably just redo my saves lol.

If you look at the code, it's actually kind of crazy how many combinations there are.

I like the setting, the music and the art style. This is indeed better than the previous version, getting rid of the point & click was a big improvement because it didn't work.

Some feedback:

- You can change the relatiosnship between the childhood friend and the MC. I know this is to attract the incest lovers but it doesn't make sense.
- Get rid of one choice commands. Like at the end of the day; Go Gome > Go to your room > Go to Bed. All that can be done with one command, avoid unnecesary click click click.
- Commands are really intrusive during sex scens. The text takes half the screen. Make it smaller and put it in a corner or something.
- MC's dick looks like a noodle in some shots. Give it more details or something becuase it looks like plasticine.

Oooof I really wanted to like this, the music is cool, the models are nice, the 80's setting is my jam (the jargon's a bit forced though) and it def. has the right vibes... BUUUUT the AI filters are too uneven... I don't mind the idea of the style, but the execution just ain't there, every other render looks super weird to me.

But hey, we'll see how it progresses, maybe it'll get better. Oh and the UI really needs changing... I'm talking about those dialogues boxes and the fonts, it's a bit hard to read which is less than optimal for an avN... =/

I know some people are paranoid about AI art since there has been so much of it on F95 lately, but there is no AI in this VN... as has already been established several times by the developer (with more detail and evidence than should be necessary) here, here, and here... Please especially read that first post because the dev explains the art process used. There will never be an AI tag added because AI was not used in the making of art for this VN. What you're seeing is photoshop filters and a lot of postwork done by hand. Sorry to disappoint you. Please stop asking for incorrect tags.

Normally don't care whatever as long as it doesn't become nonsensical. I do enjoy the kink but don't need it and if it's inorganically added/removed I can't play anymore. The worst is an added patch, whether by dev or not, where it just mucks it all up.

Many devs can do an incest game with censorship and (re-)patch alright, but making a game where it's optional is very tricky unless it's not integral to the plot, in which case it doesn't really satisfy the kink and might as well enjoy the game without it.

What you're describing may be the best I've seen anyone pull off optional incest. All the more impressive given that it's not a one-dimensional incest-focused game.

Ehhh, I'm old enough, that's not the problem... I find the box too big and unwieldy, it covers a lot of screen real estate and gets in the way of the images... and then the fonts are hard to read, it gets tiresome after a while, so it's not a "style" issue, it's really a practical one, as far as I'm concerned. I do like the idea, btw... it's purely the execution I don't like =P

Could be too old as well I meant, like if you were twenty for Win3 or didn't play stuff until you got to that age I donno... But yeah I see your point. Actually legitimate even if you're all into the style. Still haven't tried the new version out but I do seem to remember wanting to use my glasses which I don't need often.. maybe a future version the font would become changeable. Was there a built in thing from ernpy?

Any workarounds? Except going Home instantly.

Yeah, its 7.1. I think its a very niche bug, I sent everything I could to the dev, but I think its some specific pattern that can break the game and I couldn't replicate it

It is incest though, when you put sister it automatically takes MC as brother. That means code is there for it.
