It's somewhat valid criticism, whenever I look back at my renders/models I do think they look a bit ROUGH

I think I get model blindness when I stare at the screen for long periods of time lol

You can! I started making renders on a whim, I had no prior knowledge or real experience with 3d renders. Honestly its not as complex as it seems, especially with a software like Daz3D

You are too modest. The sheer ability to set aside time to do something like this is an ability that many cannot afford. I know from my own example where for many years, I neglected my drawing hobby. Only this year, when I made a new annual resolution, I managed to pull myself together and systematically start drawing again.
