Tried to change the extension file to .rar, and it worked. finished extracting.

You gotta change the format into a .rar ... I was confused myself but just by making it into a rar, you can get the game files out.

You just had to right-click on the win64 file and while choosing 'open with', you have to go on 'choose another app' and then choose a program, which with you can open .rar or .zip files. Its really simple as that.
