I mean, he was dying lol. His reward is getting to live. It's only for a week unless he finds the treasure. So the point is to find the treasure so he gets to live permanently.

Not really NTR as the MC have no feelings for them, more or less. It's more of a "your companion will suffer" type. Also, some info, the fat man, or hypnoman is not MC. He seems to have no sex scenes at all, though I haven't checked all H-scenes. But from the flow of the game, he seems to not care about them that much to have lovey-dovey feelings with them. Oh wait...

Also, another thing to note: If you manage to get to the true end, the recollection will unlock on it's own, so if you feel too depressed during your play, you can more or less ignore the H-part and go straight to the true end.
