As an artistic choice I like it. It sort of makes it feel like the character is just a fuck toy. But really he does it cause animating faces is hard. Sort of like how animating the insertion scene is hard....
man, you're getting paid just to animate things... it's his/her (don't know) job, so do it.

It's something that Nagoonimation also does, it's a cool detail honestly but sometimes it is over the top (like in the Viper animation in Pearl, you're literally underwater in basically the equivalent of Canadian weather)
