As a management game this one is rather demanding... so it depends on your angle.
If you like the gameplay and take the ero scenes as a Bonus this is definately a time sinker for you... if you are here for a fast fap you should go on
Do any of the download links actually work? I tried all of them and only two started but it's gonna take like 17 hours to download less than 2GB 'cause...reasons.

NoPy is normally pretty reasonable, but it also depends on your own connection speed.

My female friend is really into K-pop and Idols, but she is straight, so i'm kinda asking for her. Any plans on adding male idols in the future? I think that would be more enjoyable for most female gamers. Very enjoyable management game so far. Quite deep if one is into this sorta stuff, which i am. If you're interested in a quick fap, then this isn't for you. I just like this game for what it is and i find it enjoyable and fun 
You have to enable it in Settings. However, the only real R18 stuff is some softcore porn you get if you (optionally) sleep with someone around the end of the game's story, so pretty deep into the game. You CAN get it early through debug, though I don't remember how.

Okay I will talk about this game. I put in many I do mean many hours into it. First to make something clear. People are saying there is no sex scenes that is false. There is indeed sex scenes and if you wish there is R18 setting to turn it on and off. Second this is a management game. So things can't be rushed. Third there is no long tutorial they only explain certain things the rest is something you have to figure out yourself. Fourth before you ask, there are cheats too this game "

". So don't go around asking if there is command console. Fifth even with cheats this is a very very long game something you can't finish in one sitting. Six before you even comment about it. THERE IS ROMANCE!? You can romance your idol but like real world there are consequences. Seventh you can be either a male or female so don't go complain about the protagonist gender okay!? Eighth It's a gacha game !? I do mean it. When you earn money to acquire more idols you have to pull them from different regions and all of them have different rarities

Seems like this is the pre patched Version... either that or they droped the SFW attempt alltogether
