And from my experience, by replying here and screaming not to do it, you just encourage people to do it more and make this relatively small thread more popular, you are lucky that people are not asking/posting your every-single release 3 minutes after it was posted on patreon, cuz there are threads that does this

On the other hand, remind me if you reached out to CDPR or Larian, or any other game dev for permission to use their characters IN PORN to make money, or pay any royalties to them, if not, respectfully, stfu about stealing.

And here it shows me that you don't know what you are talking about. I'm using genesis 8 models which are sculpted from 0. These are not models from games. You can look into the files of any genesis model and you will see it urself.
Also you proved me one thing, people completely do not know how rendering works and how much money artist need to spent to even be able to do them. What you do is pushing an artist away to the point they will eventually stop doing art all together.

That is not how this work. The files are not game files and you can clearly see visible changes to the character face and even body + different textures. I am also paying real money from my wallet to play for those games and im not pirating them, why? Cause i want to know the lore and characters personality. They are welcome to contact me and I can literally prove to them that my models have nothing to do with theirs in game models. The only thing they may have issues with that they look like a look alike, but this is completely not even close to what people do when they leak my content.

They are welcome to contact me and I can literally prove to them that my models have nothing to do with theirs in game models. Again, that is fine. But I pay for the games and give them free advertisement. Here you hurting an individual, in comparison to big company that gets more people interested in paying for their product.

On the other hand, games can entertain u for hours so they would most likely spent real money on them. If I posessed the money to support the creators I'm fond of then I would simply purchase their content. The vast majority of people I have spoken with on this site hold the same sentiment. We are not purposefully malicious and/or targetting you or any other individuals. I understand your frustration as I would similarly be upset if I were in your shoes, however I also understand that not everyone in this world can afford the luxury of sparing part of their income for simple pleasures as I find myself in those shoes currently. The world is not fair but those in a position greater than those below them should not limit the others in the name of fairness for that is the exact opposite. In this world fair and unfair are not concepts black and white in nature.

You realize that the models doesn't matter, how you modified if doesn't matter, they own the character, they own Shadowheart, they own Panam Palmer, they own Lara Croft. You can do whatever with the models, they still can claim all of your works if they want to.

Some ref, when Spider-Man 2 came out, Black Cat went viral ofc, and Sony just dmca'd 90% of all r34 with her for a month or two. They basically did small Thanos snap, just like that...

So maybe you don't get how it works

I undertsand but I always have been told that art is a luxury and not necessity so if someone can't afford it ,they simply shouldn't just run around steal it, morally is wrong. But yes, you are right, people's nature is to just take what ever they can get with how ever they can get it. I appreciate the gesture.

I agree, but the people here are not the ones stealing it per se, that would be one or more of your subscribers who are stealing and distributing the content. consuming the distributed content is still morally wrong, I understand that, but significantly less morally wrong, ESPECIALLY when not giving the leaker a financial incentive to leak further content as is the case with the vast majority of content on this site. Your issue (for the most part) lies not with the consumers of the "free" content distributed within the confines of F95, but with a small number of individuals who are subscribed to you.

technically yes. but many companies have clauses within their legal writings to specifically counter NSFW or even suggestive/lewd content. Simiarly, many of the large parent companies of the intellectual properties (game characters etc.) have enough legal know-how and money behind them to find ways around so-called "transformative content" laws like how Sony and Nintendo famously do quite frequently.

I don't mind people using my social renders as they are properly marked. It saddens me that I will never know who is leaking my content. Problem is, even if I cought them, block them, they will come back with another account. I feel hopeless in this situation.
Regarding the companies. Many of them won't just go after a small artist that brings them more revenue cause they are smart about it. Everyone benefits. Altho I know some companies do the dmca and that's on them. I always try to put the character in a light of their personality hence I don't do any porn. Mostly sensual, erotic, love renders that the characters would find themselves into. At least I try to do that. So there is not a strong reason to go against me as much.

As for the leaks and stuff, I can't stop people either. And most of the times I mirror what is already public, + I definitely don't have any plans to 33$ sub any time soon, so I would imagine that you have some time, but again people do whatever they want.

And cuz this is a pirate platform, even mods can't stop them. And if for some reason I decide to delete this thread, I can't do that either. Cuz even if I would care, staff doesn't
