I would say it's more Sandbox then free roam. As I understand it, Sandbox has time management and stats. That's definitely in the game and with regards to that point it's a Sandbox game.

I think you definitely have the choice if you won't too do only the lesbian interactions. If ther will be other story parts for the male story's I can't say for now. The experience too getting closer too a guy will definitely be in the Mainstory as I already have parts of that in. But when it gets too the spicy parts you should be able too not do them.

Side Story's are calculated out of all side story's. I don't know what you did not do, but if you have made all side story's from the previous versions this are the new one's: one event at the park, one event at the mall, one time watching TV and one event in the morning at Saturday or Sunday at the entrance if you wear the casual clothes.
