Ikaruga Mod Request Thread

Hello everyone

I create this thread to discover what are the game you may want a mod for. I could just go thru all the game list and try to mod it, but it's not the way i want it. I want my mod to be used

Rules are simple :

1. The game must not have a mod yet (use the game mod thread to make a request)
2. The game must be avalaible here
3. You need to ask for a precise thing (not like "make game better")

Ill try to answer your need, or tell you how to not need it anymore

Try to structurate your request, explain why the game need a mod, what are the gain etc...

If you think you can mod the request, just tell it, too

I've gotten pretty good at doing my own mods with the exception of a few game engines. So what I'm looking for isn't really a mod, but a tool.

@ikaruga , I'm not sure if you're familiar with the cheat menu tool they have for Rpgm MV, but if you are I'd like to know if there is anything like it for vx Ace? Or if making something similar for it is something we could accomplish?

If you're not familiar with the cheat menu, it's a pluggin that let's you change all stats and inventory. Let's you add items rather than just alternating the quantity of items you already possess. There is a god mode toggle, speed hack, and a toggle for no clipping. It also let's you access another menu that let's you change switches and variables for custom stats (ex. Corruption, morality, influence, etc..)

I've read about UnityInjector but that would require a lot of time to learn for me.

If possible a mod to modify money , love , stars , days , strength , hp but even only money would be highly appreciated.

Update: money seems easy enough once you unlock the special ops at home.
Edit: still you need 2mil to buy the penthouse , that's a lot of clicks even with in game cheat.

The interesting thing on John Smith is that it is not that easy to change values for most of the people. Because if I remember right there was protection that switched it back to where it was before.

is done already, you just have to freeze values once modifyed,
select name/value line and press Space bar to freeze and dont be modifyed by game

Saw the "protection" in code. Each time game "refresh", it generates 2 numbers from 10000 to 50000
Then add theses 2 numbers to the protected values.

When game ask for value, theses are removed froom original value.

I can mod to disable that, but i can't recompile code, and i'm not interrested enough, sorry (translation is so bad !)

Sorry about that, and it's russian code. Cleaner than others, but, eh, russian mind
If only i could recompile the dll, but it's not like other moddable games, maybe a protection

I can renp'y mod, for sure, but you'll have to extract your game files to enable them. Like with DmD...
