Spend a bit of time on the HS2 threads and card sharing sites and you will find that there is quite a variation of what passes for attractive. What I may like may not work for you and vice versa. Not dissimilar to the real world outside.
The easiest way of getting something you like is to take an existing card by someone else and adapt it. Almost everything I download I will adjust in some way.
The best way is to make it yourself, but that takes a lot of time and practice.
Another option is to pay for it as a commission.

Anyone have a good Rebecca from Edge runners? All the versions I find don't get the body shape right

Why not trying yourself if you have a card with already a face you´re satisfied?
Body tweaking is not this complicated in chara maker.

You can delete the android overlays to get a "normal" body look.
