Making POC models is a bit of a pain, I've just discovered lol But now I've set myself this mission, I'm going to make a couple of cards as per your request (because I'm nice like that).

Just found this one a couple days ago. The original is by McM82, and it REQUIRES a face mod to look remotely normal - similar to the way roy12 does his cards. The mod and the original card are in the included zipfile, the card posted here includes some tweaks I made.
Required mod/zipfile for the below card - it's too big to upload directly on f95:

Another card inspired by phoesi's request
Anyone able to help me track down where these nails are hiding on the character, please?
I merged some cards yesterday, but these nails don't seem to disappear. Not really messed with overlays, so I'm guessing it's hiding in those menus somewhere?
Any help appreciated, thanks!

Here are a few I Like, not sure if they are any good, but feel free to improve and repost. If I come up with anything new I think is worth it I'll post more

Redesigned some old cards
- replaced missing items of clothing and accessories
- 100% HS2 compatibility (there are all character options and settings for 2 games)
- Correction of waist height (So that you can play with girls as the default hero or any other male character with a waist height of about 45-65 and a global height of about 50-85. So that there are no problems in H-scenes).
- HD skins, realistic eyes, highlights, eyelashes and many other changes. But the main look has been preserved.
Maybe these girls are not so beautiful, but they work in both games without glitches. They do not contain clothing overlays or other special mods, so all girls can dress up normally in Ai-Girl and HS2.

I have seen that some of you are able to transfer the appearance of almost any person into the game. This is very cool, seriously. I tried, I can't. I already desperate.
Because of this, I have a problem - I cannot transfer characters from HS1. Hope some of you do it. If more images are needed, I can provide them.

Thanks to everyone who shared their awesome artwork, been having a blast "chatting" with these ladies ingame >.<
Anyway, sharing the ones I have in Group 1... made small modifications to the artworkfor a little realism - not everyone can have double Ds lol... most of my faves are made by Nelz1817, MrWrongtubes and zecon. Maraming salamat, thank you very much!
