Sorry to hear that dude, this unfortunately means you have been using the old mods for your cards and clothes which have been updated/replaced so they have different positions/labeling/function so unfortunately the only way to resolve this is to reinstall a clean STN 4 repack and stick to the old mods or you'd have to update your cards one by one, meaning whatever mod its not detecting you'll have edit your card and to look for it eg: liangpi.Xayah mod (which is seen in your list) is available but has a different labeling or position in the list so you kinda have to search for it and replace it. I hope things work out for you.

I slightly modified modded girls from the repack for myself. (the inscriptions on the frames are for me, so as not to get confused in the cards. This is all for the Ai-girl)

I used Futaba's irises and pupils as a starting point for my personal favourite Persona girl, Yukiko Amagi. Tried to keep her looking similar enough to maintain that same anime style, but still make her her own girl. First time I've ever purposefully used the ears sliders on a human girl. I also did what I could to subtly age her up a bit, while still keeping the big eyes and head. Her height is 50 so she isn't tiny, but change her up however you want. She looked extremely young in her traditional sailor top school uniform so I went with this red sweater instead.
