Anyway so far you even find a merciful creator this 1 picture very little to make a good card.
There are more angle views necessary and how should the body look alike?
Should this meet a real person? So the name would be fine to get more pictures from her as template.

This is mod split into hardmod and zipmod.
I combined it into one zipmod:

Personally I decided not to trash my game folder with any hardmods so now each one I'll convert into zipmod. If it work then good, if not then bye.

Sounds better - if you request a card of a real person ALWAYS reveal about the name.
But the real Kiara Advani isn´t looking the same, you posted a picture from a 3D model.
No problem.
Now when I started testing those cards it turned out I'm missing a few mods for two them:
