It is not fake, but you need some extra mod files to make this work. I managed to obtain the whole package by contacting Pathos directly via pm, but it seems that is no longer an option since their profile here and their Patreon even have fallen inactive.
Don't ask me for it either, because I don't want to give it away without their consent.

Two conditions
1.) The picture must not be an underage person (under 18 year old) and
2.) The picture was not obtained unlawfully such as
- A picture of a person who is not an actress/actor
- A picture of a person who doesn't has his/her pictures open to public in the same way as actors/actresses.
- etc.
The (1.) applies to every other animated characters as well, be it 2D or 3D.
The (2.) can be exempted by having the person in the picture's consent and/or permission.
