I had a think and here's what I came up with.

I hid the bellybutton a bit more by simply adding a second layer in the ps for the maintex and painted a bit. This is also a good way to add more details and a bit more dynamic see-through effect. For example you could add a slightly darker stripe for the clam to accent the fold in the "toe"... I used uv map template to know where to paint. I had to move it around a bit for the correct fit but this is done fairly easy.

Allright, finished the update for the makeup-mod. Posted on discord as usual if you want to have a look at it.

Just an update, otherwise same as before. I just fixed some things and added a few items.
The focus this time is more on getting more options for lips. Combine those with the usual lips makeup, play with the colors and get some completely new looks. If I get asked, i can add more shapes or variations.

Just for fun. I couldn't resist and made a sepheyer-special.
(I hope you are not upset, that I lend your Lara)
Added a leotard-suntan and played with that material a bit ... actually a lot :sneaky:
I also changed the gloss-map a bit.

Leotard vector files: Photoshop and Krita (the layers with "rim" and "fill" only, the texture layers are excluded, since they make these files too large to upload, sorry).

This wasn't meant to be a perfect card but rather a base model that we can experiment on. I made it pretty fast.
It is something to start with. I have updated my post in the card sharing thread with some anatomy reference photos
for research... :D

Me personally I usually put the height to about 40 or below, but making too big adjustments risks messing up the penetration in H scenes.

Oh btw in Maker there is a "height measure bar". I have made some changes from looking at the anatomy reference photos. She is over all thicker and her legs shorter.

You can adjust her skeleton so her torso better aligns with your reference, Seph.:) Take a look at this Bonemod setting:

Make sure to use numeric values, not the sldier as you can do more with numbers. Hope that helps! :)
