Unfortunatly the answer is: No
If there was way then people would do the same with HS1 Chara Cards and transfer them to HS2

The only things compatible are the pose files. (I.e. may be there are a few more fringe things, but the pose files make it worth going thru the HS1 scenes looking for poses to reuse.)
