How do you add items to a "New Folder" in Studio Workspace window? You would think that would be obvious, select folder then add charactor or item... nope, doesn't work. Nothing ever gets added under the New Folder.

Select the folder, hold ctrl, select the stuff to go in it, click Parent.
So easy! Thank you! Never thought to look up what the Parent button does. Is there a Englishish version of the Studio manual (お読み下さい.html)? That might stop more basic questions from a new user.
Not that I'm aware of I'm afraid. I basically learned it all from videos, threads on here and trial and error.

Alright, I'll share a little story that I created. Yeah the story is kinda generic and the dialogue is ridiculous but, overall, it turned out pretty hot and of good quality. Download Stacy's Tutoring of a Perverted Student here:
Overall, the story has 14 scenes. If you want it to look exactly like mine, I gave you the necessary files in the rar file. It has the cube map, the presets and scenes in the correct file paths. This was done with Graphics Mod enabled so make sure to enable that mod in your InnitSetting.exe. This was also done in HS2DX Better Repack Release 8 so it may not work as intended in lower or 8.1. You may have to manually adjust things for your setup.
-Settings-
At the top of the workspace on every scene, there is this to remind you of the settings:
It should work when you open a scene but sometimes the settings get messed up and the scene doesn't look right. So you have to manually redo the visual settings. Press F5 and go to your Presets tab:
Click on 55b2-1 first and then on BeachHM after. Then go to the Lighting tab and select the cubemap provided:
Make sure the Intensity, Exposure and Rotation are the same values as these.

-Story telling-
For some reason, the folders are not in order so you have to look for and enable/disable scenes as you go through the story. Some scenes use the same camera. For example:
The first folder here uses camera 1 and 2 at the top of your camera saves:
Also, all of my scenes use more than 10 cameras, so make sure to scroll at the top to reveal more.
Just follow the numbers and enable that folder and corresponding camera. Should be pretty easy to follow.

-Troubleshooting-
In the story, this little perv uses a phone. Sometimes, the phone image is not using the correct setting so you have to go manually switch it. To do that, select Phone Colorable:
click on anim and cycle through the Settings (just click on the green button next to settings and it will switch the cameras in the phone)
On some scenes, the phone is in the folder and on others, it's in this path.
Another thing that could happen, the penis might look like this:
To fix that, click on the male character in the folder, open group Crotch and find S-Dick. Click on it and press Item on screen left menu.
Go to Benis Scale and increase it to the scale I suggested in the folder
That should be it. Happy watching!

In terms of the worth of paying for them. - There are a lot of them but most are kinda clunky, the animations are sped up a ton which makes them hard to look at at times. For some even with the original characters, there is clipping or weird node constraints which make certain body parts snap and look weird. Nothing that can't be adjusted or fixed if you have some experience with StudioNeo. I can semi recommend buying them if you are looking for a large variety of scenes to use your characters on, and he does upload a scene almost daily so that's something to look forward to I guess.
I am attaching some GraphicsMod presets which I found to work fairly well with the scenes. Use high performance while you are working on the scene, (makes the scene not lag as much )- changing character etc. And then pick one of the others to use for
