Sorry about that, im too used to it.
Basically you can divide IK bone to three categories :
Body : shoulder L, shoulder R, hips, thigh L, thigh R
Arm : elbow and hand
Leg : knee and leg

Both shoulder IK represent upper body, hip IK is center and both thighs IK are lower body.

It's all up to you how to move it, but you can ignore those 5 bones and use IK anchor.
Use 3 of them and change the anchor point to torso (upper body), waist (center) and hip (lower body).
Activate the IK anchor after your character is in IK mode.
It wont work if still in FK mode.
ok so i get how it is set up with the anchors for the ik but i guess what is confusing me here is how do i take 3of them and change the anchor point?

Hello, I want to make cubemap(.cube) from HDRI textures, But the author of the graphic plugins didnt give tutorial, I tried using PHIBL's tutorial, HS2 can't read it, Could u please teach me?
I found ".cube" is unityassetbundles(UNITY 2018.2.21f1)

Hy guys can someone tell me how to record perfectly looped animation in studio neo. I have recorded a few animations but they are never properly looped tried a lot of things but I got okay results sometimes but was unable to get a perfect loop.
