Sorry about that, im too used to it.
Basically you can divide IK bone to three categories :
Body : shoulder L, shoulder R, hips, thigh L, thigh R
Arm : elbow and hand
Leg : knee and leg
Both shoulder IK represent upper body, hip IK is center and both thighs IK are lower body.
It's all up to you how to move it, but you can ignore those 5 bones and use IK anchor.
Use 3 of them and change the anchor point to torso (upper body), waist (center) and hip (lower body).
Activate the IK anchor after your character is in IK mode.
It wont work if still in FK mode.
