Hi, I have just started using Koikatsu Chara Studio to make a H game and I have a few questions I was wondering if anyone can help with?

a) is squirting possible in Chara Studio? (I know it can be done in the main game but is it possible in Chara Studio?)

b) is gaping possible at all in Koikatsu?
(been trying to make realistic looking H scenes with toys and such but that can be tricking without the options for vaginal/anal gaping and I was just wondering is there a way to open vag/anal wider to make inserting toys look realistic?)

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, many thanks

Thanks for the reply, they are both made by Illusion though and I think the systems are basically the same.
So chances are if it can be done in Honey select then it can be done in Koikatsu too.

Out of interest, do you know if it can be done in HS?

Both are doable (with creativity).
But even though both game are made by Illusion, not all of the plugins are same.
So we can't generalize it too much.

I see, thanks for the info. I was looking for the Koikatsu tutorial thread but couldn't find it.
Guess I'll have another look and see if one exists

Thanks, the method you explained worked for the male model! But with the female one, there's still an issue. As you can see in the pic below, her hair moves like it's stiff or solid, and it goes through the body when she moves.

That's hair type issue.
Not all hair type have physics configured.
Some has, some dont.
Even the one that has one doesn't always has good configuration.

I haven't used discord in a while, so I'm not certain I'm not just being dumb, but the discord link doesn't appear to be working. It says "You've been invited to join Illusion Soft, 25k members online..." but then I click "accept" and nothing happens.

That's hair type issue.
Not all hair type have physics configured.
Some has, some dont.
Even the one that has one doesn't always has good configuration.

So the only way to fix this problem is to use a different type of hair? That’s fine, I actually wanted to change her hairstyle anyway.

You can find the hotkey in F1 menu.
Search for ABMX.
It's not set to any key at default.

All of translated text are saved to a file located in \bepinex\translation\[language]\text\_AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt
You can delete the content to activate the auto translation all over from the beginning.
If there is an entry that match the text you meant, then the auto translation won't be activated.

Now it has more than 2000 entries.
The auto translation was so bad that "cone" shape was translated as "corn".
So I took the liberty to correct most of the translation to my liking.

Mystery solved! It was simply a matter of having the internet turned on, and everything translates automatically on its own.

Sorry, that's where my knowledge comes to an end - I have a vague recollection of something similar happening to me - but I can't be certain it was even the illusionsoft discord that I had problems with. Maybe try a google search for another link?

I was checking the previous page and saw this screenshot. In my Studio, I don't have buttons like VNGE or Fashion in the menu. My Studio folder is around 500 GB, so I thought I already had most plugins installed. Is there a place where I can enable these settings, or do I need to download them separately? I don't even know what these buttons do, but I feel like I need everything if I want to develop a visual novel game.


Also, are there any plugins or mods that aren't included in the BetterRepack version but are essential in your opinion?

VNGE is included in BetterRepack, but not pre installed.
You can find it in the Optional Mods in the root folder.

That fashion plugin is to save clothing coordinate to your character card.
This make switching clothing is easier but it increase your card size and that coordinate can only be loaded from that particular card.

You really don't need it. The bulk of the work will still be done in renpy any way. VNGE and timeline are just a means to make animations. If your project isn't going to have them then you don't need either of them. Also, chatgpt isn't a tool for solid information.
