I'm pretty sure you can edit that in the "Iris" section on head. Its eyeshadow type I think
if you can't change it with that way, then either that custom headmod doesn't allow you to change it, or it has an overlay in material editor in sirome, just remove it by resetting it

Yeah, just open it and drag the card. The converted card should be in the same folder as the program.
